Stefanie is a graduate of Trillium College Kingston Campus. She has deep desire to help people with their overall physical and mental health. Her passion is to improve mobility, reduce pain and help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Stefanie has advanced training in Cupping Therapy and TMJ dysfunction. She loves deep tissue work and trigger point therapy, and she is also trained in Hot Stones and Indian Scalp massage for those in need of relaxation and de- stressing.

Stefanie has a caring and outgoing personality and will put you at ease as she seeks to remedy your ailments through assessment and treatment. When Stefanie is not at work you can find her exploring the outdoors or chilling at home with her cats.
